About the Role: Eastern Shore Green Clean LLC is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technician to join our growing team in Haymarket, VA! Responsibilities:
Perform thorough residential cleaning services including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas to a high standard of quality
Use eco-friendly and green cleaning products safely and effectively
Follow customized client cleaning checklists and special instructions
Maintain and transport cleaning supplies and equipment between job sites
Communicate professionally with clients and team members on-site
Uphold company standards for quality control and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout the workday
Trustworthy, punctual, and professional demeanor
Comfortable working in clients' homes and respecting their privacy and property
