Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces to company standards
• Clean and disinfect high-touch areas such as countertops, fixtures, and appliances
• Follow cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions for each home
• Manage and restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members on-site
• Ensure homes are left spotless and client-ready upon completion

Requirements:

• Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Kansas City area
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout the workday
• Trustworthy, professional, and respectful of clients' homes and belongings
• Must be dependable with a consistent attendance record
