• Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC equipment: furnaces, AC units, and heat pumps
• Conducting preventive maintenance and thorough inspections to keep systems running at their best
• Translating technical issues into clear next steps for homeowners
• Completing timely, accurate documentation for every visit
• Working safely and in accordance with codes and regulations
• Keeping up with new HVAC technologies and industry practices
• Partnering with a team that shares knowledge and supports your success

What Qualifications Do I Need?

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical certification preferred
• Proven experience as a residential HVAC technician
• Strong troubleshooting mindset with solid problem-solving skills
• Clear communicator with great customer focus
• Comfort operating independently and collaborating with a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Familiarity with local HVAC codes and compliance
• EPA Type II required; EPA Universal preferred
