    Are you the pro homeowners call when precision matters?

    Picture this: You arrive, review the scope, swap out an aging system for a high‑efficiency setup, commission it flawlessly, and walk the homeowner through every control. If that sounds like your kind of day, read on.

    Will you be doing work like this?

    • Installing or replacing air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, mini‑split systems, and package units.
    • Routing and connecting ductwork, brazing refrigerant lines, setting drain lines, and installing gas piping and venting.
    • Making safe, code‑compliant electrical connections.
    • Charging refrigerant correctly and verifying performance to manufacturer specifications.
    • Starting up and commissioning equipment, including system testing, airflow balancing, and operational inspections.
    • Documenting every step with required paperwork, job notes, and photos.
    • Educating homeowners on operation and routine maintenance.
    • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
    • Coordinating with installation helpers, service technicians, warehouse teams, and management to keep projects on schedule.
    • Covering on‑call or overtime needs during peak seasons.

    Do you check these boxes?

    • EPA Section 608 certified (required).
    • 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
    • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
    • Strong grasp of HVAC equipment, refrigeration cycle fundamentals, airflow, electrical components, and installation best practices.
    • Comfortable reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals.
    • Familiar with local mechanical and building codes and committed to upholding company quality standards.
    • Resourceful troubleshooter with solid problem‑solving skills.
    • Excellent communicator with a customer‑first mindset.

    Can you handle the environment?

    • Lift 75–100 lbs; work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and confined spaces.
    • Use ladders, power tools, and testing equipment safely.

    Your toolkit & systems

    • Proficiency in: EPA compliance, residential HVAC installation, and ServiceTitan.
