How you’ll make a difference
Every visit is a chance to protect a home’s well-being. You’ll field service requests, diagnose complex HVAC/R issues, and explain solutions in ways customers appreciate. You’ll log details in an easy-to-use mobile app, work safely, and leave each space better than you found it.
Daily responsibilities
- Service and repair residential HVAC and ventilation systems.
- Use diagnostic techniques and tools to uncover root causes and resolve them.
- Speak with homeowners about findings, options, and maintenance tips.
- Keep precise digital records of service calls, repairs, and installs.
- Follow all safety procedures and applicable codes.
- Continue sharpening your skills with new technologies and best practices.
What you’ll need to succeed
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC trade certification preferred.
- 3+ years of field experience is preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of HVAC/R systems, equipment, and tools.
- Exceptional troubleshooting ability and attention to detail.
- Self-starter who collaborates well with teammates.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Clear, courteous communication and strong customer service.
