As a Residential Climate Systems Service Mechanic, you’ll be the point person for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment in homes (with occasional light commercial support). If you’re passionate about craftsmanship, safety, and communication, you’ll thrive here.

Your impact

• Restore comfort by servicing, adjusting, and repairing core HVAC components: air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensate drainage.
• Diagnose residential system issues and execute repairs that return equipment to peak performance.
• Educate customers with clear explanations and offer professional, right-fit solutions.
• Pitch in with additional assignments as needed.

Your background

• 3-5+ years of HVAC experience, ideally concentrated in residential work.
• Current EPA Certification (required).
• Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
• Expert troubleshooting and sound judgment on complex problems.
• High standards for workmanship and a consistently positive approach.
• Customer-centric mindset and professional presence with all stakeholders.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and innovative teammate.

Physical requirements

• Lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Climb ladders; access attics; navigate tight areas and crawlspaces; drive; push, carry, pull; use hand tools; perform fine-detail work.
• Ability to drive.
• Work across indoor and outdoor environments, including attics and crawlspaces.
• Stand, walk, sit; talk or hear in person and by telephone.
• Use hands to handle or feel objects/controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Regularly stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch.
• Regular exposure to extreme heat/cold and adverse weather conditions (wind, rain, ice, snow), indoors and outdoors.
