What you’ll do

• Diagnose and resolve residential HVAC service issues to delight customers
• Perform scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdowns
• Handle warranty evaluations and repairs
• Recommend practical system improvements and modifications—no sales pressure
• Service a range of equipment: HVAC systems, furnaces, gas boilers, and zone controls

What you bring

• 3–5 years of residential HVAC experience
• High school diploma/GED
• EPA Universal certification
• Heating & Air Conditioning Technology degree preferred
• Self-driven, organized, and goal-focused
• Excellent communication and customer care
• Advanced troubleshooting and repair skills for A/C, gas/oil furnaces, gas/oil boilers, zone systems, and other HVAC equipment
• Clean driving record

Physical realities

• Hands-on work with HVAC units
• Exposure to seasonal temperature extremes
• Frequent standing, kneeling, crawling, and ladder climbing
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
