Your impact
Install, commission, and repair residential and commercial boilers (steam and hot water; gas and oil)
Execute routine inspections and preventative maintenance programs
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults quickly and safely
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to guide accurate repairs
Meet or exceed local codes, safety rules, and company standards
Explain findings, timelines, and recommendations to customers in plain language
Complete precise service records and job documentation
Qualifications
2–5 years’ experience as a Boiler Technician or comparable HVAC position
Deep understanding of boiler operations across steam and hydronic systems; gas/oil equipment
Proven mechanical and electrical diagnostic and repair skills
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
OSHA knowledge is a plus
Strong work ethic, reliability, and professional demeanor
