Your impact

• Install, commission, and repair residential and commercial boilers (steam and hot water; gas and oil)
• Execute routine inspections and preventative maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults quickly and safely
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to guide accurate repairs
• Meet or exceed local codes, safety rules, and company standards
• Explain findings, timelines, and recommendations to customers in plain language
• Complete precise service records and job documentation

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience as a Boiler Technician or comparable HVAC position
• Deep understanding of boiler operations across steam and hydronic systems; gas/oil equipment
• Proven mechanical and electrical diagnostic and repair skills
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• OSHA knowledge is a plus
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and professional demeanor
