Compensation & Perks
 

• Pay Rate: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour
• Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time opportunities available.

Schedule & Hours

• Core Hours: Monday – Friday, generally between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Work-Life Balance: We offer flexible start and end times tailored around our staff's personal needs!
• Extra Hours: Optional evening and weekend shifts are available for those looking for extra hours.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Elite Cleaning: Partner with your teammate to perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces.
• Core Tasks: Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, interior windows, and surfaces.
• Efficiency: Organize and maintain team cleaning supplies and equipment for optimal use.
• Client Care: Communicate professionally with Lakewood area clients to address specific requests and build trust and long-term relationships.
• Safety First: Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe and secure working environment.

Job Requirements
 

• Experience: Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but we will train the right person!
• Logistics: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to travel to job sites across Lakewood and nearby areas.
• Physical: Ability to lift, push, and carry standard cleaning equipment as needed.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a desire to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Background: Willingness to undergo a standard background check and complete company training.
