Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Residential/CommercialHVAC Installer to join our close‑knit team. In this role, you'll install heating and cooling systems to our high company standards, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and reliable comfort solutions.

Compensation

• Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour, based on experience
• Bonuses: Profit-based quarterly bonuses available
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (occasional overtime)

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential or commercial HVAC installation experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation procedures
• Customer‑focused with strong problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of HVAC safety codes and best practices
• Preferred: NATE Certification
