Your Mission
- Install end-to-end HVAC solutions: furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Troubleshoot and repair problems with speed and precision
- Perform maintenance and comprehensive inspections to prevent downtime
- Uphold local, state, and federal compliance and safety standards
- Educate customers about system issues and recommended fixes
- Record every visit with accurate service notes and documentation
- Respond to emergency calls when needed
- Support commercial refrigeration service and repair
What It Takes
- Demonstrated experience as an HVAC Technician or similar
- Personal set of tools ready for field use
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Diagnostic mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Comfort working independently and within a team setting
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in diverse environments
