Job Site Manager - Painting Western View Painting | Casper, Wyoming $25-$30/hr + Performance Bonuses ($40+/hr potential) | Full-time

Western View Painting is looking for two experienced Job Site Managers to join our growing team in Casper. 

This is a leadership role for someone who knows the trade, knows how to run a crew, and wants to be paid for results - not just hours.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: You will own a crew of 3-4 painters and be fully accountable for safety, quality, production, and client experience on every job. You are a painter first and foremost but more importantly, you are a teacher, leader, and manager. You conduct pre-job site visits, manage the daily schedule, order materials, and see every project through to a satisfied client. You will teach and instruct your crew in ways to provide a high quality service while hitting company goals. Developing others to become better painters and leaders is a skill you must be will to maintain. 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Proven experience in residential or commercial painting - Demonstrated crew leadership - you've managed people in the field - Valid driver's license - Physical ability to perform manual labor - Someone who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do.

COMPENSATION: $25-$30/hr base pay- Monthly performance bonuses tied to crew efficiency and gross profit - Top performers consistently earn well above their base rate

CAREER PATH: We promote from within. Strong JSMs move into Field Supervisor and General Manager roles as we grow.
