Compensation & Schedule
Spectrum AC offers competitive base pay ranging from $25.00 to $32.00 per hour based on experience and licensing, plus commission and performance bonuses designed to significantly increase earning potential. This role is built for motivated professionals who want to exceed traditional hourly earnings through performance, customer service, and production. Full-time schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime opportunities and rotating on-call responsibilities based on customer demand.

About the Role
As a Residential & Commercial Plumber, you will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain plumbing systems across both residential and commercial environments. This includes water, drain, and gas systems, drain clearing, troubleshooting, system upgrades, and customer-facing service work. You will operate independently in the field while maintaining high technical standards, strong customer communication, and accurate documentation. This role also offers leadership opportunities through mentoring apprentices and contributing to the long-term success of the plumbing division.
What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, perform service and repair work, install and maintain plumbing systems, clear drains, troubleshoot complex plumbing problems, interpret blueprints and specifications, ensure code compliance, communicate solutions clearly with customers, track materials and documentation accurately, and support apprentice development when needed.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking experienced residential and/or commercial plumbing professionals with strong troubleshooting ability, technical competence, and the ability to work independently. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, customer-focused, dependable, and interested in maximizing both income and career growth. A valid driver's license with a clean driving history is required.
