This position is responsible for assisting our project managers overseeing 3-4 high-end residential remodeling projects, managing subcontractors, and executing high-quality construction projects on time and on budget while ensuring delighted customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules and budgets.
  • Assist in coordinating and communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and the internal team to ensure clear expectations and smooth project execution.
  • Assist in providing guidance, schedule, and manage the subcontractors, to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Utilize construction and carpentry experience to provide technical expertise and problem-solving skills throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project schedules, to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards, taking appropriate corrective actions as necessary.
  • Proactively identify and address potential project risks, challenges, and conflicts, working collaboratively to find effective solutions.
  • Foster positive and professional relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance project efficiency, effectiveness, and client experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.

Experience:
