Brad Bachman Homes, Inc. is seeking a full-time Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee daily job site operations and manage residential construction projects.
Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year, plus potential performance bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities on assigned projects.
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections.
- Maintain project schedules and meet deadlines.
- Monitor quality to ensure work meets company standards.
- Identify and resolve issues.
- Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and management.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Perform or assist with minor construction tasks when needed to keep projects moving.
- Assist with job site organization, material handling, and coordination of deliveries.
Requirements:
- Residential construction experience required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and ability to perform occasional hands-on construction work as needed.
- Ability to read and understand residential construction plans.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing 25+ pounds.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- No DUI convictions.
Compensation:
- $80,000–$90,000 annual salary.
