From installing premium windows to overseeing site preparation and framing, this role offers variety and leadership on high-quality projects. Description for Lead Carpenter:

• Lead and assist in residential carpentry, framing, and finish work.
• Install premium windows (Jeld Wen, Alpine) and structural elements.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Oversee job site safety and maintain high productivity.
• Assist in site prep tasks including grading and brush clearing.

Details for Lead Carpenter:

• Pay Range: $27.00 – $35.00 / hour (DOE).
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM start.
• Locations: Olympia, Tumwater, Centralia, Chehalis, Ethel, Lacey.

Requirements for Lead Carpenter:

• Proven residential construction and leadership experience.
• Proficient with hand/power tools and blueprint reading.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in outdoor environments.
• Must pass a drug screen.
