Job Duties:
- Build and install residential frameworks, walls, floors, roofs, cabinets, doors, and related structures
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other construction materials
- Install trim, framing, cabinetry, and finish carpentry components
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain jobsite safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- Residential carpentry experience required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Experience using standard carpentry hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation to and from jobsites
- Ability to lift materials and perform physical construction work
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in residential framing, trim, or finish carpentry
- Works independently with minimal supervision
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Safety-conscious and professional on the jobsite
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
