Residential Construction Coordinator
Midtown Home Improvements is seeking a Residential Construction Coordinator to support and oversee key aspects of our production operations. We are a veteran- and family-owned home remodeling company with more than 35 years of industry experience, recognized for quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate on-site measurements for residential windows and doors to ensure proper ordering and installation
- Coordinate and schedule installation crews for window and door projects
- Manage purchase orders and related project documentation
- Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and tracking
- Conduct quality control inspections to confirm completed work meets company standards
- Provide professional face-to-face customer service for homeowners throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Demonstrated, hands on experience measuring residential windows and doors
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or home improvement
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
