Residential Construction Draw Administrator
Assignment Duration: 3 months
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview
The Residential Construction Draw Administrator is a temporary role responsible for managing residential construction loan draw process, ensuring timely and compliant disbursement of funds throughout the construction lifecycle. Reviews and processes draw requests, validating supporting documentation such as inspections, lien waivers, title updates, and budget breakdowns to confirm alignment with approved loan terms and construction progress.
- Coordinates closely with title companies and utilizes wire systems to facilitate funding, ensuring proper communication, accuracy of disbursements, and adherence to established procedures.
- Coordinates with builders, borrowers, and internal lending teams to verify accuracy of payments and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintains construction tracking systems, ensures required documentation is complete, and proactively identifies and addresses funding or compliance issues related to construction progress and disbursements.
- Provides additional operational support including participation loan assistance, processing transactions, posting payments and advances, initiating wires, and coordinating with participating banks to ensure accurate and seamless funding execution.
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma (or equivalent) and two or more years of retail banking and/or bank operations experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel, general banking technology (construction draw systems, wire platforms), with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
- Collaborative team player who partners effectively across departments.
- Ability to learn, understand, and apply information and policies.
- Flexible and responsive, able to manage shifting priorities, and deadlines.
Preferred, but not required
- Experience with Jack Henry (core banking system).

Location Details
This position is considered a hybrid role, onsite work will be performed onsite in Aurora, IL. With management approval, an incumbent may work a combination of remote and onsite work to perform the regular responsibilities of the role. Actual schedule requirements may vary based upon business needs.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay: $24.00 - 30.00/hour based on experience
