We have a positive, supportive culture built around exceptional project delivery, client care, lifelong learning, and continuous improvement.We're proud to have been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in 2024, 2025, and again in 2026.We're looking for a Residential Construction Foreman who can lead field crews, coordinate day-to-day jobsite activities, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Pinemar's standards.What You'll DoWorking closely with the Project Manager and Project Superintendent, you'll take an active leadership role in daily field execution.Your responsibilities will include:Execute daily work plans in alignment with project schedules, drawings, specifications, and company standardsLead and direct company field staff, assign tasks, monitor progress, and set expectations for workmanship, professionalism, and safetyProvide day-to-day field leadership, monitor work progress, and ensure crews have the direction and resources needed to keep projects movingCoordinate day-to-day activities with subcontractors and trade partnersConfirm material availability, tool readiness, and site logisticsCommunicate daily progress, challenges, and project needs to the Superintendent Help maintain project schedules through proactive planning and executionInspect work in progress and completed work for quality and accuracyIdentify deficiencies early and help ensure corrective action is taken to prevent reworkMaintain clean, organized, professional, and hazard-free jobsitesEnforce jobsite safety policies and proceduresMentor less-experienced field team members and help develop their skillsThese responsibilities reflect Pinemar's focus on field leadership, jobsite coordination, quality control, schedule execution, and safety.What We're Looking For5+ years of residential construction experiencePrevious experience as a Foreman, Lead Carpenter, Crew Lead, or similar field leadership roleStrong understanding of rough and finish carpentry methods and techniquesWorking knowledge of trades involved in custom home construction and renovationStrong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencingAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and detailsProven ability to lead field crewsStrong organization, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work professionally with clients, subcontractors, architects, designers, and project team membersPositive attitude, willingness to learn, and a growth mindsetValid driver's license and good driving recordReliable vehicle Preferred QualificationsExperience with custom residential construction or major renovationsExperience working alongside Superintendents on complex residential projectsBasic proficiency with field documentation or digital construction toolsOSHA 30 training preferredWhat Success Looks LikeIn this role, you'll help:Keep daily field activities aligned with the project scheduleLead crews effectively Anticipate material, tool, logistics, and trade coordination needsCatch quality issues early and help prevent reworkMaintain safe, clean, organized, and professional jobsitesBuild strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the Pinemar teamCommunicate proactively to resolve field challenges and prevent delaysWhy Join Pinemar?At Pinemar, you'll work on distinctive custom homes and complex residential renovations while learning alongside experienced builders and craftspeople.You'll join a supportive team that values craftsmanship, accountability, client care, teamwork, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to strengthen your field leadership skills and continue growing your construction career.You'll also be joining a company recognized as a Best Place to Work in 2024, 2025, and 2026.How to ApplyIf you're an experienced residential construction professional who takes pride in leading teams and delivering quality work from the field, we'd like to hear from you.Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your residential construction and field leadership experience.Pinemar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees.Recruitment AgenciesPinemar is conducting this search directly.
