Job Description
Manage the day-to-day construction of luxury custom homes across multiple active job sites.
Coordinate and schedule trade partners, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines.
Monitor construction quality and ensure homes are built to the highest standards.
Track and manage project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
Conduct homeowner walkthroughs during key construction milestones, including pre-drywall and pre-settlement inspections.
Communicate project progress and expectations with homeowners throughout the build process.
Educate clients on warranty procedures and performance standards following settlement.
Oversee warranty items and customer service requests on completed homes.
Attend weekly team meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, typically overseeing 2-4 homes at various stages of construction.

The Successful Applicant
Minimum 3 years of residential construction, homebuilding, or related industry experience.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities.
Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, forward-thinking mindset.
Experience coordinating subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and construction activities.
Customer-focused approach with confidence interacting directly with homeowners.
Motivated, self-sufficient professional looking to grow within a stable and respected builder.
Experience with construction management software is beneficial (Buildertrend experience preferred).
