ABOUT THIS RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER JOB

The Residential Construction Manager serves as the operational backbone for all roofing, siding, gutter, and exterior restoration projects. You will oversee daily production operations, manage crews and subcontractors, and ensure every project meets schedule, quality, and safety standards. Your leadership will directly influence customer satisfaction and team performance.

Core Responsibilities:

• Supervise all phases of production for residential exterior projects
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from project kickoff to final walkthrough
• Schedule materials, crews, inspections, vendors, and subcontractors
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and verify specifications
• Communicate timelines, progress, and updates with homeowners
• Provide seamless project handoff and alignment with the sales team
• Rapidly resolve production challenges with strategic solutions
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation
• Build and strengthen relationships with subcontractors and vendors
• Lead by example and coach team members to excel
