To implement necessary administrative, organizational and supervisory activities as required for the efficient execution of a project consistent with company-wide practices. A liaison between the main office and the field.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers, Teams and Office with duties as assigned on multiple projects.
Jobsite set-up, including but not limited to, order/coordinate site office trailer, furnishings, temporary services, post OSHA regulations/State/Federal posters, safety and first aid supplies, post local emergency services, and provide site office supplies
Material Procurement: Ordering, verify delivery and/or pick up of materials
Safety: Conduct weekly project safety walks with superintendents when at project site, track GotSafety site tailgate meetings, attend OSHA training and create new MGP Safety binders as needed. Review safety binder procedures with new employees.
Perform administrative functions on a weekly basis, filing, managing WA and FN site binders, review daily reports/completion/punch lists/overdue items in Procore
Assist superintendents in creating/updating/distributing Completion/Punch list in Procore
Site meeting preparation: set up and clean up. Assist in keeping site trailers clean and orderly.
Project supervision substitute, if needed.
Project Close-Out: Prepare Client manuals and warranties binders, assist with permanent utilities transferring, canceling temporary utilities and account closers.
Prepare Green Code documentation for Green Code Inspection
Assist Project Manager with writing WAs and FNs, if needed
Drone operator
Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience in residential construction administration desired
Strong customer service skills
Interact with computers, software programs and technology
Valid Driver’s License, Auto insurance
Ability to work well with others and independently
Confident, consistent pleasant demeanor
Strong verbal, written, and organization skills
Local travel up to 130 miles per day in personal vehicle (gas reimbursed)
