Highgate Builders, Inc. is a custom home builder located in the North Shore area of Chicago that is looking for a full-time, year-round, general jobsite cleaner/laborer.
Daily responsibilities will include:
General sweeping.
Vacuuming and organization of job site materials.
Accepting and moving material deliveries into the projects.
Installation of flooring & wall and cabinet protection.
Minor framing skills and handyman skills helpful.
All materials and tools needed will be supplied by the builder.
Benefits:
Full-time Year-round.
$45,000/year annual salary.
1 week paid vacation.
401K participation after 1 year of employment.
Health insurance.
