The Residential Construction Project Manager oversees medium-sized teams to successfully execute multi-family residential, mixed-use developments, and single-family home projects. Reporting directly to the Owner/Developer, this role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards, while coordinating regional travel as necessary.
Responsibilities
Plan and schedule construction projects from inception to completion
Manage project budgets and ensure financial oversight
Obtain and manage permits and ensure regulatory compliance
Oversee contract administration and vendor relationships
Coordinate and lead teams of 6-15 construction professionals
Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
Maintain compliance with safety regulations and policies
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in residential construction project management
