We are seeking a motivated Residential Construction Project Manager to manage builder accounts, coordinate projects, drive sales growth, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction from project start to completion.
Requirements
Previous experience in a sales-driven customer service environment.
Experience in the flooring, construction, building materials, cabinetry, or related industry preferred.
Experience managing multiple projects, teams, and customer relationships simultaneously.
Proven ability to build customer relationships, increase sales, and support profitability goals.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized sales systems.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned builder and contractor accounts.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
Strengthen relationships through consistent communication, responsiveness, and follow-through.
Ensure customers receive an excellent experience from project kickoff through completion.
Become proficient in company systems, including RFMS and related project management tools.
Stay informed on industry trends, products, and installation practices.
Physical Requirements
Ability to travel to construction sites, model homes, and customer locations.
Ability to navigate active construction environments safely.
Occasional lifting of materials and samples up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in both office and retail showroom environments.
