Residential Construction Service Plumber

Location: Seattle, WA | Full-time, on-site/field-based

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Pay: $45 - $55 per hour, based on experience

Quality Plumbing has served the Seattle area since 1978, earning a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and high-end residential plumbing work. Our approximately 23-person team includes multiple generations from five different families, with many employees who have built decades-long careers here.

Quality Plumbing is seeking an experienced Service Plumber to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair existing plumbing systems in residential homes throughout Seattle and the surrounding north-end communities. This is a service-focused position, not a sales role. You will be provided with a company vehicle, dispatched independently, and trusted to deliver honest recommendations and high-quality workmanship. There are no nights, weekends, or on-call shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in residential homes
• Perform scheduled maintenance and respond to assigned service calls
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Complete high-quality work while upholding the company's standards for integrity and precision
• Use ServiceTitan to track jobs and maintain accurate documentation
• Coordinate with dispatch and field leadership to complete jobs efficiently
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Operate independently in the field using a company-provided service vehicle

Qualifications

• Valid Washington plumbing certification required. PL01 or PL02 certification preferred 
• Five or more years of plumbing experience preferred
• Candidates with strong skills and the right mindset are encouraged to apply, even if they have less than five years of experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Commitment to quality, honesty, and customer satisfaction
• Humble, teachable attitude and a desire to grow with the company
• Ability to work safely and independently
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company vehicle insurance requirements. 
• Ability to report reliably to Seattle by 7:00 AM and travel to assigned customer locations. 

Pay and Benefits

• Full-time, W-2 employment
• Pay: $45 - $55 per hour, based on experience
• Discretionary quarterly bonus program.
