Location: Seattle, WA | Full-time, field-based

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Pay: $45 - $55 per hour, based on experience

Our approximately 23-person team includes multiple generations from five different families, with many employees who have built decades-long careers here.

We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Service Trim Plumber who can handle both plumbing service work and final fixture installation on high-end residential projects.

This is a hands-on field position for a well-rounded plumber who is comfortable troubleshooting existing systems, making repairs, completing final plumbing installations, and working carefully inside finished homes. You will work independently throughout Seattle and surrounding north-end communities while having the support of an experienced team behind you.

This is a quality-focused plumbing role, not a sales position. There are no sales quotas, nights, weekends, or on-call shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures
• Complete assigned service calls and scheduled maintenance work
• Install sinks, toilets, tubs, faucets, disposals, and other plumbing fixtures
• Install and work with high-end and luxury residential plumbing fixtures
• Complete final plumbing and trim work on residential construction and remodeling projects
• Pressure-test systems and verify proper operation before completion
• Troubleshoot installation issues and make precise adjustments or repairs
• Recommend appropriate plumbing solutions based on customer needs and system conditions
• Coordinate with project managers, dispatch, subcontractors, and other trades
• Use ServiceTitan to track service calls and maintain accurate job documentation
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Operate independently in the field using a company-provided vehicle
• Uphold Quality Plumbing's standards for craftsmanship, integrity, and customer care

Qualifications

• Valid Washington plumbing certification required. PL01 or PL02 certification preferred
• Five or more years of plumbing experience preferred
• Experience with residential service, troubleshooting, repair, trim, or final fixture installation
• Experience working in high-end residential homes or remodeling environments preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and pride in finished workmanship
• Comfortable working independently and managing assigned jobs efficiently
• Professional communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Commitment to quality, honesty, and customer satisfaction
• Humble, teachable attitude and desire to grow with the company
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company vehicle insurance requirements
• Ability to report reliably to Seattle by 7:00 AM and travel to assigned customer and project locations

Candidates with strong plumbing skills and the right mindset are encouraged to apply even if they have less than five years of experience.

Pay and Benefits

• Full-time, W-2 employment
• Pay: $45 - $55 per hour, based on experience
• Discretionary quarterly bonus program
• Consistent Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
