Join Habitat for Humanity of Dane County as a Residential Construction Site Superintendent and help turn blueprints into safe, affordable homes. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll coordinate daily construction activities, guide volunteers, and ensure projects stay on track, on budget, and up to code.
You'll be the hub of the jobsite-working with subcontractors, mentoring volunteers, and keeping safety front and center while building homes that strengthen our community.
What we're looking for:
1-2 years of residential construction experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
A commitment to safety, teamwork, and mission-driven work
