Take ownership of day-to-day job-site leadership while contributing to meaningful home transformations. Penn Construction + Design is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor who can support its residential remodeling work and represent the company professionally at clients' homes.

The Construction Site Supervisor will provide on-site leadership for residential remodeling projects. This is a salaried position for someone who can support field teams, maintain company standards, and help create an organized, professional environment at every client's home. The supervisor may also need to drive a company vehicle for job-related needs. For that reason, a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day job-site activities.
• Lead and support carpenters, laborers, and other team members in completing assigned project work.
• Monitor work against project plans and schedules.
• Communicate job-site progress, issues, and material needs to company leadership.
• Reinforce company expectations for craftsmanship and professionalism.
• Maintain job-site safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• Communicate appropriately with homeowners while work is underway.
• Ensure clients' homes are treated with care and respect throughout the project.
• Represent the company's values of Grit, Character, Friendliness, and Cleanliness.
• Drive for job-related needs when assigned and authorized.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of residential construction or remodeling experience, including experience leading or supervising field work. 
• Ability to lead field team members in an organized and professional manner.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and job-site cleanliness.
• Dependable and team-oriented approach.
• Professional conduct when working in occupied homes and interacting with clients.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements for authorized operation of company vehicles. 
• Ability to perform the physical duties associated with an active construction-site environment.
• Reliable transportation to the required reporting location or assigned job site. 

Compensation

• Full-time, W-2 employment
• Salary: $30.00- $40.00 an hour, based on relevant experience and qualifications

• Schedule: Monday-Friday; occasional additional or Saturday hours may be required based on project schedules.
