In accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administrationâ€s (OSHA) Emergency Temporary Standard, Inspired Options Inc. requires all its employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Position Overview
Under the direction and supervision of the House Manager (or Residential Program Manager), the position assists with providing direct care and supports to the participants that agency supports in our residential group homes in a ratio of 1:1 up to 1:3 in the home, in the community, and employment environment.

High School Diploma or equivalent. CPR/First Aid, Driverâ€s license and required
Additional Required Skills
Microsoft Excel and Word skills, excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task are necessary. Must be a self-starter.
****This position requires applicants to complete a background check and drug screen (arranged and paid for by Inspired Options, Inc.) once offered a position. DDA-mandated training and required certifications are provided once hired.
