Performs crawlspace inspections, repairs and preventative treatments to address moisture, pests, and structural damage within residential crawlspaces. Responsible for the installation of all crawl space services to include vapor barriers, encapsulations, dehumidifiers, sump pumps, interior French drains, insulation. Communicate professionally with customers. Dress cleanly and neatly. Initial communications with customer should include an introduction of yourself and your co-workers, a description of the work to be performed, and an estimated timeline. Upon completion of the work, ensure all tools, equipment, and trash are removed from the customer premises, and review the work completed with the customer.
