### Job Duties
TITLE: Residential Deck and Porch Installer
REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
JOB DUTIES: Build and assist in constructing wood and composite decks and porches. Communicate with homeowners to understand project needs and expectations. Ensure projects meet building codes and quality standards while staying on schedule. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. Guide and train junior workers, report progress, and support project planning.
SALARY: $85,000 per year.
TRAVEL DETAILS: Travel to Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota metropolitan areas 5 days per week.
