Residential Deck Construction Superintendent

Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking a Residential Deck Construction Superintendent to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia. 

Job duties to include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate between estimating, installation, and customer
• Ability to read plans and purchase materials
• Written and verbal communication with customers, vendors, and inspectors
• Field supervision and quality control inspections
• Track project schedule and progress across multiple projects

Requirements:

• 5+ years of residential construction industry and carpentry experience 
• Good communication and organizational skills 
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer skill experience, MS Office and Outlook

This position is full-time, in office. Hours for this position are in-office, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Compensation:

• The minimum compensation for this position is $28.00 per hour.
• The maximum compensation for this position is $33.00 per hour.
