Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking a Residential Deck Construction Superintendent to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia.
Job duties to include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate between estimating, installation, and customer.
Ability to read plans and purchase materials.
Written and verbal communication with customers, vendors, and inspectors.
Field supervision and quality control inspections.
Track project schedule and progress across multiple projects.
Requirements:
5+ years of residential construction industry and carpentry experience
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Computer skill experience, MS Office and Outlook.
This position is full-time, in office. Hours for this position are in-office, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pmCompensation:
The minimum compensation for this position is $28.00 per hour.
The maximum compensation for this position is $33.00 per hour.
