Residential Drain Service Technician | Camp Hill, PA | Local Service Area
$35/hr base + bonuses; $70,000 - 150,000 annually
Pronto Plumbing is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team serving homeowners throughout the Camp Hill and greater Harrisburg area.
Our growing team is looking for a resourceful, customer-oriented Drain Service Technician, who will be responsible for diagnosing, clearing, minor repairs, and jetting residential and light commercial drain systems. This role combines technical skills with customer service to deliver Pronto-level experiences every time.

Pay: 35.00 hourly, plus bonuses and overtime pay
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with overtime as required
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose and resolve drain issues quickly and efficiently for residential and light commercial customers
- Perform drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, and camera inspections
- Educate customers on our Pronto proven service process
- Help customers make great choices for repair, maintenance and replacement
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and job site
- Build trust and rapport with customers through honesty and transparency
What We're Looking for:
- 3+ years of residential drain service experience
- Familiarity with local plumbing codes and learn our best practices
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Jetting experience is preferred, but not required (we are happy to train the right person)
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan, iPads, or dispatch systems is a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Dependable, organized, and comfortable communicating directly with homeowners
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable working in trenches, crawl spaces, or confined areas
- Ability to work in various weather conditions while wearing PPE (we provide the PPE)
