Residential DSP Awake Overnight - Waldorf, MD

**Job Summary:**
Bay-CSS is looking for a Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) for the Awake Overnight shift in Waldorf, MD. The ideal candidate will provide overnight support and assistance to individuals with disabilities. This position requires working Sunday to Wednesday from 10 pm to 8 am.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in disability services preferred
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
- Must pass a background check
- Completion of all required trainings within the specified timeframe

**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and assist residents during the overnight hours
- Aid residents with daily living activities when necessary
- Ensure residents' safety and well-being throughout the night
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and observations
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide consistent care

**Schedule:**
The position entails working from 10 pm to 8 am, Sunday to Wednesday, in Waldorf, MD. A shift differential of $2/hr applies on Saturday and Sunday.
