Position Summary The Electrical Foreman plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of residential multi-family construction projects and contributes directly to the growth and development of the company. This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of electrical crews engaged in the layout, installation, and repair of wiring, fixtures, devices, and control equipment, while ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), safety standards, and project timelines. A successful Foreman leads by example, promotes a culture of safety and accountability, and motivates their team to take ownership and pride in their work.

Specific Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Active State of Virginia Journeyman Electrical License.
Minimum 2 years experience as an Electrical Foreman on multi-family construction projects.
Solid knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Valid drivers license.
Ability to pass all required safety training, background checks, and drug screening.
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction electrical drawings.
Demonstrates consistent safe work habits and proper use of tools and equipment.
Preferred Attributes:
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent problem-solving ability.
Self-motivated with a high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
