As a Multifamily Residential Electrical Foreman, you will oversee day-to-day electrical operations, lead electricians in the field, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with all safety and code requirements. You will play a key role in delivering successful projects and maintaining client satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of residential electricians
Plan and manage multifamily electrical projects from start to finish
Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, and project budgets
Ensure all work meets NEC codes, quality standards, and regulations
Serve as primary point of contact for clients and site personnel
Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical guidance
Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings
Manage tools, equipment, and material inventory
Maintain project documentation including permits, inspections, and work orders
Identify training needs and support team development
Minimum 5+ years of supervisory experience in multifamily residential electrical
Strong knowledge of NEC codes and residential electrical systems
Proven leadership and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient with project management software and digital reporting tools
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and walk for extended periods
Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
Ability to work in tight spaces and elevated areas
Manual dexterity for handling tools and wiring
Active multifamily construction job sites
Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Fast-paced environment requiring strong time management
Strict adherence to safety standards and PPE requirements
