Gentry Service Group is hiring a motivated Residential Electrical Helper / Installer to work alongside our experienced Lead Electrician on residential retrofit and upgrade projects (with occasional light commercial work). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with electrical background who wants paid training and a clear path for advancement.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, full-time (Some flexibility and occasional overtime based on projects)

What You''ll Do

• Assist the Lead Electrician with residential electrical retrofit and upgrade projects
• Install A/C and heat pump disconnects
• Run new circuits for gas furnaces, air handlers, and other equipment
• Help with electrical panel replacements and generator installations
• Support various miscellaneous electrical tasks for residential and light commercial customers
• Maintain high safety standards and learn proper trade techniques

What You Need

• Ability to consistently perform the physical demands of electrical installation work
• Valid driver''s license with insurable driving record
• Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with customers and team members
• Positive attitude and strong desire to learn and grow

Nice-to-Haves

• 3-5 years of electrical field experience
• Familiarity with generators and electrical panel upgrades
• Professional, organized, and energetic work style
