Residential Electrical Installer

• Electrical & Technical Execution
  
• • Install, maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair existing residential electrical systems
    
  • Respond to services, perform planned maintenance, inspections, and new installations
    
  • Ensure all work complies with company standards and the National Electrical Code (NEC)
    
  • Verify all completed work to prevent errors and callbacks

• • Maintain a professional appearance and positive demeanor on every job
    
  • Communicate clearly with customers before, during, and after work is performed
    
  • Build trust and clearly explain recommended services and their necessity. Never recommend or sell unnecessary services or products!
    
  • Present pricing using the Straight Forward Pricing Guide.
    
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
    
  • Deliver invoices and collect payment upon job completion

• • Wear company-issued uniform and ID at all times
    
  • Protect customer property using floor savers, boot covers, and drop cloths
    
  • Keep jobsites clean, safe, and organized
    
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles

• • Communicate daily with the Manager or CSR regarding job status, scheduling, and issues
    
  • Debrief with the office after each service call
    
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
