Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Electrical service Sales advisor to join our team. In this role, you will meet with residential clients for electrical estimates from EV chargers to main panel upgrades to lighting packages. Your responsibilities will include creating estimates and options based on electrical system profile and presenting the options to the client without, building rapport, evaluating their needs, and converting estimates to successful sales. This is a commission based only position. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals, with a strong residential electrical background.

Responsibilities 

• Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
• Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers
• Meet or exceed designated sales targets
• Present options and review SOW with clients 
• Document all estimates, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program - Service Titan
• Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous residential electrical experience is a must
• Previous experience in residential electrical sales is a must
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
