Job Details

We are looking for a Residential Electrical Service Manager to lead and support our Electrical Service operations throughout the Raleigh market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Residential Electrical experience, strong leadership abilities, and extensive working knowledge of ServiceTitan.

This position will involve overseeing Technicians, supporting day-to-day service operations, and helping improve overall department performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Daily Residential Electrical Service Operations
• Lead, Support, and Develop Electrical Service Technicians
• Utilize ServiceTitan for Service Operations, Scheduling, Job Tracking, and Reporting
• Monitor Technician Productivity and Department Performance
• Provide Technical Support for Residential Electrical Service and Repairs
• Ensure Quality Workmanship and Customer Satisfaction
• Support Department Growth and Operational Improvements
• Work with Leadership to Improve Service Efficiency and Team Performance

Must Have:

• Active North Carolina Electrical Contractor License, Qualifying Residential or Higher Classification
• Hands-On ServiceTitan Experience with the ability to Manage Daily Service Operations Independently

Nice to Have:

• Residential Electrical Service and Troubleshooting Experience
• Previous Electrical Service Management or Supervisory Experience
• Experience Leading, Training, and Developing Electrical Service Technicians
• Knowledge of Residential Electrical Codes and Safety Standards
• Experience Managing Service Department Revenue and Performance Metrics
• Experience with Scheduling, Dispatching, and Field Service Operations
• Background in Residential Home Services or Multi-Trade Service Companies
• Strong Leadership, Communication, and Customer Service Skills
