This position is ideal for a licensed electrician who is comfortable troubleshooting electrical systems, completing residential upgrades, and communicating directly with homeowners.Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour, based on experienceWhat We OfferMedical insurance,Dental insurance,401(k) with 4% employer match,Additional voluntary benefits through Aflac,Paid holidays,Paid vacation,Consistent, year-round employment,Established, family-owned company,Opportunities for continued professional growthWhat You'll DoPerform residential electrical service, repair, and installation work throughout the Orlando area.Troubleshoot electrical failures and determine appropriate repairs or upgrades.Install, service, and troubleshoot residential generators and backup power systems.Complete electrical panel replacements and upgrades.Inspect and test electrical equipment to identify safety or performance issues.Evaluate customer needs and prepare quotes for residential electrical work.Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.Ensure completed work complies with current National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements and applicable local codes.Clearly explain electrical issues, recommended repairs, and available solutions to homeowners.Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach while working inside customers' homes.Follow company safety procedures and properly use required PPE.What We're Looking ForValid Journeyman Electrician license or applicable electrical specialty licenseResidential electrical service experienceGenerator installation experience requiredExperience with electrical panel replacements and upgradesStrong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic abilitiesKnowledge of current NEC requirementsExperience estimating or quoting residential electrical projectsAbility to read electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprintsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining company quality and safety standardsProfessional attitude when interacting with homeownersNo phone calls or in-office inquiries regarding this position.
