What You'll Be Doing

Your day is in homes, solving real problems for real families. You'll diagnose issues, make safe repairs, and help homeowners feel calm when something's not working or starts sparking out of nowhere.

This isn't being stuck as "just a tech." Your work powers homes and protects families. You'll use your residential experience, communicate clearly, and take pride in work you can stand behind.

You'll have the tools, vehicle, uniforms, and support to do the job right. And if you're someone who likes getting better, you'll have ongoing training to keep growing your career.

The Hiring Process

What You'll Earn

You'll start at $25 per hour. If you're driven by performance incentives, this role also gives you a path to earn $100K+ with spiffs and commissions. You'll work between 32 and 45 hours a week, with room to keep growing as the electrical division grows.

Who We're Looking For

• You have a South Carolina Electrical License.
• You have 3–5 years of residential electrician experience.
• You care about high-quality service.
• You solve problems well and communicate clearly.
• You can keep your cool when the job gets stressful.
• ServiceTitan or NexStar experience is a plus.
• You want the chance to earn $100K+ with spiffs and commissions.
