What You’ll Do:
Lead residential electrical installation and service projects
Install and repair panels, outlets, lighting, EV chargers, and smart home systems
Troubleshoot and resolve complex residential electrical issues
Supervise and mentor junior electricians
Communicate directly with homeowners and ensure high satisfaction
Maintain tools, inventory, and job documentation
Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes
What We’re Looking For:
4+ years of residential electrical experience
Strong knowledge of wiring, breakers, circuits, and code compliance
Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot independently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license with a clean record
What You’ll Get:
$80,000–$100,000 base salary + performance bonuses
On-target earnings (OTE): $110,000+
