Location: Houston, TX (On-site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends)
Pay Rate: $19 – $23/hour + tips

Goodsmith is a full-time home repair company seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Residential Exterior Cleaning Technician. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, values consistency, and enjoys working directly with customers in residential settings.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential exterior cleaning services (windows, gutters, flat surfaces, etc.)
- Arrive on time, in uniform, and fully prepared for each job
- Document job details accurately in the company app
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized vehicle and workspace
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Residential exterior cleaning experience required
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Willing to complete an FBI background check and drug test
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must provide original driver’s license and social security card
