About the Role

As a Residential Exterior Services Technician, you will provide a variety of exterior home services, including pressure washing, roof cleaning, window cleaning, and more. No prior experience is required—what matters most is a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to quality.

This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule, offering opportunities to learn valuable skills and grow with a company that values hard work, professionalism, and customer service.

• Prefers working outside rather than sitting behind a desk
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills
• Able to safely lift and carry equipment and work on residential properties
• Can pass a background check and drug screening
• Holds a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience in exterior cleaning, pressure washing, landscaping, construction, or related fields is a plus, but not required
