About the Role: Optimum Leap LLC is seeking a passionate and experienced Residential Facility Treatment Director to lead our team in Houston, TX. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinical and operational functions of the residential treatment facility
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans and therapeutic programming
Supervise, mentor, and support clinical and direct care staff to ensure quality service delivery
Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external stakeholders to coordinate resident care
Monitor facility budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation
Lead quality assurance initiatives and implement continuous improvement strategies
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
Active licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) preferred
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in residential treatment or behavioral health settings
Proven leadership and program management experience in a clinical environment
Strong knowledge of Texas HHSC licensing standards and residential care regulations
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience with trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and evidence-based treatment models
