As a Residential Field Sales Representative – MDU, you'll help new residents get connected while building strong partnerships with property managers and leasing teams.

What You'll Do
You'll own a portfolio of apartment communities and multi-dwelling properties, helping residents discover the benefits of WOW! services while growing customers within your territory.
Your responsibilities will include:
Build relationships with apartment communities, leasing offices, and property management teams
Meet new residents through face-to-face outreach and educate them on WOW! products and services
Sell internet, TV, and phone services while consistently achieving monthly sales goals
Grow customers within existing contracted apartment communities
Develop marketing plans with property managers to drive awareness and sales
Represent WOW! at resident events, property events, and association meetings
Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure an outstanding customer experience
Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers throughout the sales process
Conduct routine property visits and account reviews
Complete customer and property reports while maintaining accurate sales activity
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first conversation through installation
What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
1-3 years of sales experience (outside sales preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance metrics
Proficient with Microsoft Office and mobile technology
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as business needs require
Additional Requirements
Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company standards
Ability to walk apartment communities and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to carry sales materials and marketing equipment as needed
Ability to travel to different markets when required
